Tate is recruiting a Retail Assistant to support the daily running of a shop within a historic visitor site, offering the chance to work in a great team while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment
Engaging with visitors to enhance their experience and maximise sales
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and store operationsWhat we're looking for:
Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable with physical tasks such as handling stockWhat's in it for you:
