My client’s specialise in a wide range of exciting projects across the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education, Industrial and Healthcare sectors—offering a rewarding opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop efficient and buildable design solutions.
Carry out site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with current building regulations and design intent.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications and Experience needed for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
A degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
