We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a well-established company in New Milton, working within a clean room environment. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in a structured, quality-focused setting.
Pay:
£13.89 per hour
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and monitoring machines within a clean room environment
* Carrying out precision-based tasks and small component assembly
* Performing quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
* Following detailed procedures (SOPs) and clean room protocols
* Maintaining a clean and controlled working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
* High attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
* Good manual dexterity for repetitive and precision tasks
* Ability to follow strict processes and work in a regulated environment
* Reliable and able to work consistently in a fast-paced setting
