Car Sales Executive – Kidderminster
Our client, a reputable main dealership in Kidderminster, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a proven track record in vehicle sales, looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership environment.
Benefits of a Car Sales Executive:
Competitive OTE of £60,000+ achievable through performance excellence
Basic salary of £14,000
Company car and retail discount scheme
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm (with one day off every other week), and Saturdays from 8:45am – 5:30pm
Closed Sundays to support a healthy work-life balance
Established dealership with a supportive team cultureDuties of a Car Sales Executive:
Selling both new and used cars to prospective customers
Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the entire sales process
Maximising finance, insurance, and warranty opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Working towards and exceeding dealership sales targets
Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the vehicle range
Assisting with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Managing administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth sales transactionsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
A minimum of 5 years' automotive sales experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
Proven ability to upsell and maximise finance and insurance sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy sales team
