Job Title: Site Manager
Location: York
Rate: £250 - £280 per day
6 month project
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a manage a project in York. The project will involve the splitting of an existing retail unit into separate retail units.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
