Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with an experienced and motivated logistics professional to join a dynamic UK team, providing freight and on-site event support both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate shipping operations for events, both in the UK and internationally
Travel abroad as required for project support
Manage the complete logistics process from initial planning through to on-site execution
Maintain data accurately in line with GDPR regulations
Oversee project planning, control budgets, and handle all financial aspects of logistics
Utilise expertise in multimodal freight forwarding (minimum 3 years' experience)
Navigate and manage import/export customs procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service at all timesSkills and Experience

Experience in Exhibition Freight Logistics
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Work in an organised, methodical, and detail-focused manner
Take initiative to solve problems and provide practical solutions
