A Fantastic Opportunity: Project Manager

To safely manage projects in accordance with scope, budget, programme, and quality constraints, while ensuring project income and costs are effectively controlled and actioned in a timely manner. This includes managing contract variations and changes efficiently, as well as overseeing the on-site operational efficiency and performance of ENWS and subcontractor construction teams. A key responsibility is to ensure adherence to the company’s safety policy, codes of practice, safety rules, and full CDM compliance. Additionally, it is essential to deliver excellent customer service through the ENWS team, provide regular progress reports to the Programme Manager, and proactively discuss project issues with the ENWS Leadership team alongside potential solutions to ensure timely delivery. This role also involves securing additional or repeat business for ENWS by delivering a “best in class” customer experience.

The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What we’re looking for

•Proven experience working as a Project manager
•Experience working in the front line of a “customer facing” organisation combined with Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
•Experience in managing contractors
•Demonstrable leadership skills.
•Have a technical appreciation and knowledge of the LV Network

An Electrical HNC/HND would be desirable but not essential for this role.
