Job Title: Project / Contracts Manager – Luxury Retail Fit Out

Location: Central London (primarily high-end retail locations)
Flexible working: Mix of site, office, and home

My client is a specialist fit-out contractor delivering high-end luxury retail environments across London. Their portfolio boasts globally recognised brands, delivering premium shop fit-outs in prestigious locations such as Bond Street and surrounding areas.

With a team of 30 employees and 4 directors, they pride themselves on quality, precision, and strong client relationships within the luxury sector.

Role Overview

Looking for a Project / Contracts Manager to join the team, managing the delivery of high-value luxury retail fit-outs.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a high-end construction environment. You will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional standards are met throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 2 projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish
Oversee luxury retail fit-out projects valued between £500,000 and £5m
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Track and manage project programmes using SharePoint and MS Project
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Report directly to the Contracts DirectorEssential:

Experience in Project or Contracts management within fit-out (Luxury retail)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using MS Project and/or SharePoint for programme tracking
Highly organised with strong attention to detailIdeal Candidate
