Electrical Manufacturing Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a hands-on Electrical Systems Support Engineer to join their expanding team. Graduate & Junior engineer applications are welcome. Full training and mentoring provided with excellent development opportunities.

This role will act as a key link between the design engineering function and shop floor operations, supporting electrical systems integration, troubleshooting, commissioning and continuous improvement activities.

The position would suit a practical, proactive engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems and working closely with technicians, production staff and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Support electrical integration and system build activities
Assist production and shop floor teams with technical issues
Troubleshoot electrical and systems-related faults
Support commissioning and testing activities
Work closely with design engineers to resolve build and production challenges
Help ensure systems are practical, functional and production-ready

What We're Looking For

Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Hands-on engineering mindset
Comfortable working closely with production/shop floor teams
