An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Technician to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies covering London and surrounding areas.

The Building Fabric Technician is a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. There work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include:

Building

Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
Brickwork - repairs to walls
Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
Fabric - doors, protection works, office workstations, signage, carpentry, plastering and general shopfittingsPainting and decorating

Carry out minor painting repairsPlumbing and drainage

Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
Repair leaking taps and washers.Joinery

Wall, floor, and associated fittings repairs.
Ironmongery and hardware repairs and replacement.For the right candidate a fantastic salary / package is on offer consisting of the following:

Basic salary - up to £35,262
Paid travel time - Door to door
Overtime
Company Van
33 Days Holiday
1 in 4 Standby
Pension
Private Health Care
