We are currently recruiting experienced Theatre Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a high-volume Insourcing project based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team to work within NHS theatres.
🔹 Role Details
Location: Midlands
Project Type: Insourcing
Shifts: Weekend work only
Shift times- TBD
Contract Start: Tentative start in early July
Competitive rates on offer
🔹 Key Requirements
✅ Proven NHS theatre experience is essential
✅ A minimum of 6 years of experience within NHS
✅ Confident working within a fast-paced theatre environment
✅ Ability to support across surgical lists and assist clinical teams
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
🔹 Rates
Day rate of £220 a day is offered for the role. To be paid via LTD.
🔹 Duties
Assisting theatre staff during procedures
Patient preparation and post-operative support
Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
Supporting turnaround between cases
