CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for Printing Production Operative in Skelmersdale, WN8.
Duties will include:
* Set up and operate printing machines (e.g., digital, lithographic, flexographic, or screen printing presses).
* Load paper, inks, plates, and other materials required for each job.
* Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications.
* Monitor print quality and carry out regular quality checks.
* Identify and report machine faults or print defects.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
* Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
* Complete production documentation accurately.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Maintain a clean and organised working area.
Desirable Skills:
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow technical instructions
* Basic mechanical knowledge
* Strong teamwork skills
* Good communication skills
* Problem-solving ability
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
Schedule:
6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday
Pay:
£12.71
