Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Southend

Remuneration: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 37 hours per week

Contract Details: Permanent

Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Bridgeport and Haas models.
Work with materials like aluminium & stainless steel.
Coordinate programming and setting activities with existing team members.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality.
Reduce scrap and report efficiencies to the Production Manager.
Maintain machine efficiency to meet On Time Deliveries and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a clean working environment.Core Skills/Attributes Needed:

Proficient in programming, setting, and running CNC mills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent measurement skills with a keen attention to detail.
