Electronics Engineer - Defence Applications

A specialist defence technology company is seeking an Electronics Engineer to support the design and development of advanced electronic systems. The role involves working across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production, collaborating closely with mechanical and software teams. You will contribute to both new product development and the ongoing support of existing systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronic systems across the full product lifecycle (concept to end-of-life)

*

Work with mechanical and software teams to deliver integrated products

*

Create schematic designs, perform circuit simulation, and take part in design reviews

*

PCB layout and peer review

*

Write technical documentation including reports, test specifications, and technical notes

Requirements:

*

Experience in electronic system design and development

*

Knowledge of schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB design/layout

*

Eligible to obtain SC-level security clearance

*

Full, valid driving licence required
