Duration - 3-5 years work

We are currently looking for a number of Traffic Marshalls for a new project due to start on 01/07/2026 for a long duration.

For this project we are ideally looking for local labour - People based in following postcodes - BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41

Main Purpose of the Role

To control and guide the movement of vehicles and heavy plant equipment safely on site, reducing the risk of accidents involving pedestrians, operatives, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct vehicles and plant using approved hand signals and radio communication

* Manage site traffic flow and pedestrian segregation

* Ensure safe reversing and manoeuvring of HGVs, dumpers, forklifts, and cranes

* Maintain exclusion zones and safe access routes

* Conduct daily checks on traffic management systems and signage

* Communicate with drivers, crane operators, and site management

* Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading operations

* Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe practices

* Support emergency procedures if required

* Interact with members of the public to ensure safety and passing of site and be the face of the brand within interactions i.e friendly and helpful.

Required Qualifications

* Valid CPCS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman card or NPORS Traffic Marshall (Must have CSCS Logo on card)

* Safety Critical Medical.

References for previous work required.
