Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a global engineering business to appoint a Project Commercial Manager.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary project controls team (cost controllers and planning) and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through to execution. You will work closely with Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the project controls team (cost control & planning)
* Drive project performance across cost, risk, schedule and quality
* Oversee planning, baselining, monitoring and reporting activities
* Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure effective coordination across engineering, procurement and finance
* Support PMO governance, standardisation and audit readiness
* Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
* Promote a strong QHSE and cost-conscious culture
Person Criteria:
* 5+ years’ experience in project management or project controls
* Background in engineering, construction or offshore wind preferred
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
