Make a Real Difference in Children's Lives

We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen our children's residential homes across the North.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll step in to support homes, develop managers, and ensure outstanding standards of care for children and young people.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Registered Managers and teams where extra leadership is needed
Delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
Carrying out audits and improving service quality
Providing interim management where required
Ensuring homes deliver safe, nurturing, child-focused careWhat We're Looking For

NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
Strong experience in children's residential care
Knowledge of Ofsted & safeguarding regulations
A confident leader who can support and develop teamsWhat You'll Get
