The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operation of the nursing home
Ensure exceptional person-centred care is delivered at all times
Lead, support, and develop the care and nursing teams
Maintain compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulations
Monitor budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels
Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high clinical standards

Requirements
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of care regulations and compliance requirements
Proven track record of achieving good inspection outcomes
Nurse qualification preferred but not essential depending on experience
