About Us:

We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a brand-new multi-home provision in Durham. Our mission is powerful and clear: to help children aged 7–17 rebuild trust, confidence, and hope.

We work with young people who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma. We don’t define them by their past — we support them to step into their potential. Using trauma-informed, PACE-based practice, we create warm, stable homes where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. This is meaningful work. This is change you can see happen.

* Access to a Company Vehicle when needed for work

* Enhanced Pay for Overtime & Festival Periods

We invest in you — because your wellbeing matters.

The Role:

You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:

* Being a positive, grounding influence for young people

* Building meaningful relationships based on trust

* Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement

* Championing safeguarding and positive practice

* Working as part of a supportive, reflective team

* You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Who You Are:

If you’re ready to help young people grow, heal, and believe in themselves, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

Essential skills:

* Children's residential care experience (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence (essential) & access to a car (preferred)

* Willingness to work a varied rota

Our Safeguarding Promise:

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All roles require safer recruitment checks, enhanced DBS clearance, and ongoing safeguarding training
