Support and Inspire Pupils Within an Inclusive Primary Setting

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience working with children with additional needs
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practices
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
Confident managing behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
