Salary:
£60,000 – £65,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
45 hours per week
8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on business needs)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of production and site activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who can lead teams effectively, drive business growth, and think outside the box to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring smooth production operations to guarantee customer orders are completed and dispatched on time
* Overseeing and supporting the senior management team
* Managing and developing new business opportunities
* Monitoring and delivering against KPIs and operational targets
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
* Maintaining high standards across productivity, performance, and health & safety
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Site Manager or Operations Management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commercially aware with experience in business development
* Results-driven with the ability to manage KPIs effectively
* A problem solver who can think outside the box
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
