Our client is a leading UK Charity and is looking to hire an Application Support Engineer with a focus on iTrent. This role can be done 100% remote within the UK.

Description

Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.

Profile

Must haves:

iTrent experience
Troubleshooting
Back end coding in iTrent
Debug and fix problems in iTrentNice to haves:

Public Sector or Charity experience

Job Offer

100% Remote
26 days holiday + BHS - rising with service to 30
