Mane are currently recruiting for a Warehouse |Supervisir for a 6 month contract in Northern Ireland.
Warehouse Supervisor
📍 Northern Ireland | 💷 £15-£18 per hour (DOE) | ⏰ Full-time / Contract
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet performance and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (goods in/out, picking, dispatch)
Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
Allocate workloads and manage shift performance
Ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment
Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
Report on KPIs and productivity
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills (WMS/stock systems)
Desirable
Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution
Knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools
