About the Role
You will be working with children and young people with additional needs, providing:
* 1:1 and small-group support
* Behavioural and emotional regulation assistance
* Classroom support alongside teachers
* Help with daily routines and pastoral care
What we're looking for
* Experience working with children or young people (school, care, SEN, or similar)
* Patience, resilience, and a supportive nature
* Ability to build strong, positive relationships
* Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
