Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Conrad Consulting is working with a respected multi‑disciplinary practice in West Sussex that is expanding its commercial team due to a strong pipeline of public sector work.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward‑thinking consultancy delivering meaningful projects across education, healthcare, local authority estates, and community infrastructure. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where professional development is genuinely prioritised.
The Role
You will play a key part in the delivery of a variety of public sector schemes, taking responsibility for:
Cost planning, estimating, and budget management
Preparation of tender documentation and procurement support
Contract administration and reporting
Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
About You
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or a client‑side environment
Strong understanding of public sector frameworks and procurement (desirable)
Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
Progressing toward MRICS or keen to achieve chartership with full support
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
