€20 – €23 per hour (incl. shift)
Monday – Friday | 4:30pm – 1:00am (Evening Shift)
Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
A well-established precision engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / CNC Machinist to join its growing machining team.
This role involves setting, operating, and editing CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls to produce high-precision components for regulated industries including aerospace, medical, automotive, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities
*
Set and operate CNC milling machines at the machine
*
Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and specifications
*
Edit programs using Fanuc controls where required
*
Carry out first-off and in-process inspection of components
*
Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards
*
Select tooling, set offsets, and manage fixtures
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
*
Support continuous improvement within the machine shop
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist
*
Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
*
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Experience working to tight tolerances in precision engineering
*
Experience with self-inspection using measuring equipment
*
Background in regulated/high-spec industries preferred (aerospace, medical, automotive, oil & gas, precision engineering)
*
Fluent English essential
*
Must already hold full legal right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available)
