The Role
You will support the delivery and coordination of the design process across projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the design process across multiple project stages
* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
* Attend and contribute to design meetings
* Monitor design programmes and key deliverables
* Identify design risks and buildability issues
The Candidate
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a Tier 1 environment.
You will have:
* Experience as an Assistant Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Architectural Technologist, or similar
* Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious and keen to progress into a Design Manager role
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar
* CIAT/RIBA/CIOB pathway desirable
