Are you an experienced Mental Health Support Worker wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers for an immediate start in the Thatcham area.

There are multiple positions for the right candidates with day or night shift's available.

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to service users with mental health needs and learning disabilities. You will be using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.

If you would like to start taking control of your working hours while earning more money please apply.
