Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Belfast & Larne (Across Two Sites)
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available
Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their UK-wide team in Belfast, supporting employees across two site locations. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative Occupational Health environment.
The ideal arrangement would be for candidates to work across two Belfast sites, with a preference for two days on each site.
For candidates seeking additional hours or a more flexible working pattern, there is the opportunity for remote working focused on case management, alongside site-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Case management
Managing sickness absence
Supporting return-to-work processes
Conducting floor walks to identify workplace risks and issues
Carrying out health surveillance, health promotion, and wellbeing activitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established Occupational Health department, making a real impact on employee health and wellbeing.
