An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy delivering complex projects across infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and critical sectors. With an excellent reputation for technical expertise and collaborative project delivery, the business continues to expand across the UK.

This Geotechnical Associate Director role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities for the Geotechnical Associate Director:

Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects

Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Mentor and support junior engineers and project teams

Contribute to business development and project delivery strategy

Work closely with civil, structural and environmental teams

Requirements to be considered:

Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience

Strong technical and commercial awareness

Previous leadership or project management experience

Chartered status or working towards Chartership preferred

Full UK driving licence required

Full right to work in the UK

Must live in or near to the Crawley office

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
