360 FMCG Permanent Consultant

Connect Appointments is recruiting a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant to join our Hamilton branch.

This is a 360 role with a clear new business focus on permanent recruitment within the FMCG sector. You'll be generating leads, winning clients and managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement.

What's on offer?

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
£30,000 per annum + performance-related bonus

Generating new permanent business opportunities through proactive business development activity
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Managing the full 360 recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates to meet client requirements
Writing and posting job adverts across local and national job boardsTo be considered as a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant, you will need:

Previous experience working within recruitment
A background in FMCG recruitment is strongly advantageous
Proven business development ability with a track record of winning new clients
Strong communication and relationship management skills
