Production Team Leader - 📍 Cardiff (CF3) | 💰 £29,000 + benefits | ⏰ 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established records management business for a Production Team Leader to oversee their Document Scanning & Registration function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a document control / scanning background and team leadership experience to step into a role with clear progression.

Production Team Leader Role Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small scanning & registration team
Oversee document processing, barcoding, scanning and secure storage
Manage workflow, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
Handle team performance, absence management and day-to-day supervision
Maintain records, reports and compliance with GDPR & quality standards
Resolve operational issues and improve processes
About You
Experience in document control, records management or scanning or similar
Previous team leadership / supervisory experience as Production Team Leader or similar(essential)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

£29,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation)
22 days annual leave + bank holidays
35-hour week with 1-hour daily lunch
