Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong HVAC background?
Do you enjoy leading large-scale mechanical building services projects from design through to commissioning?
Would you like to take ownership of a major industrial HVAC project in London?

What will you be doing?
·Leading the delivery of a major HVAC package on a large industrial project in London
·Managing engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and commissioning activities
·Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and subcontract labour
·Driving programme performance, cost control, safety, and quality standards across the project
·Managing NEC or JCT contracts including change control, Compensation Events, and Early Warnings
·Overseeing procurement activities and supply chain performance
·Managing project reporting, schedules, risks, and client communications
·Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
·Supporting and mentoring project teams while promoting continuous improvement

Where you'll be doing it?
You'll be joining a specialist engineering business delivering technically complex HVAC and mechanical building services projects across highly regulated industrial environments. Their projects focus on quality delivery, safety, and long-term client partnerships.

What you'll need:
·Strong experience delivering large-scale HVAC or mechanical building services projects
·Experience leading engineering, construction, and subcontractor teams on site
·Good understanding of HVAC systems, pipework, ventilation, and associated electrical services
·Experience working within tight programmes and milestone-driven delivery environments
·Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts and commercial project management
·Strong understanding of safe systems of work with SMSTS, IOSH, or similar qualifications
·Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, cashflow, and programme impacts
·Experience using planning and project tools such as P6, MS Project, SharePoint, Dalux, or ProjectWise
·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
·Full UK driving licence
Highly desirable:
·Degree, HND, or HNC qualification
·Experience working on industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
