Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their well-established client's team based in Pershore.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards. A current valid counterbalance licence would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products
* Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.Inspect finished products for quality assurance
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
The Person:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Proficient in using machines
* Ability to read and interpret instructions
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: Full time 40 per week (Day shift) Monday to Friday
(Temp to Perm Contract)
