Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic and highly supportive primary school in Telford on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey.

You will be working alongside the class teacher and other support staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS framework.

The children are described as curious, enthusiastic, and full of personality, with a strong focus on developing confidence, communication skills, and independence through creative and structured learning activities.

* Supporting children within Nursery and/or Reception
* Delivering high-quality EYFS support under the direction of the class teacher
* Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
* Supporting learning through play-based and structured activities
* Encouraging social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
