Branch Care Manager - Surrey

Up to £44,800 OTE | Up to £40,000 base salary + £4,800 bonus potential

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Care Manager to join a well-established, highly respected private home care provider at one of their successful branches in Surrey.

This branch currently delivers almost 400 hours of care per week and is supported by a strong operational structure, including 2 Care Coordinators, 1 Full-Time Field Care Supervisor, and 1 Part-Time Field Care Supervisor, providing excellent support across branch operations and care delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced manager who enjoys developing teams, growing care hours sustainably, and shaping a successful service within the local community.

The Role

As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who thrives in a quality-led environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance
Managing, developing, and supporting office and care teams
Ensuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governance
Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner
Managing private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationships
Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability
Participating in the branch on-call rota

Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
Proven leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a service
Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous
Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards
A resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary & Benefits

Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE
Bonus potential up to £4,800 per annum
