With a proud history and a renewed focus on customer experience, the brand is expanding across the UK and now we're seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their beautiful Manchester Market Street store.
This is an opportunity to bring passion, leadership, and energy to a store that welcomes a diverse customer base from loyal locals to international visitors. As Store Manager, you'll celebrate the story behind every product, ensuring every customer leaves feeling inspired.
This could also be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their retail career and progress into a Store Manager position.
Your responsibilities as Store Manager will include:
Leading, motivating, and developing your team daily, setting the standard with exceptional customer service.
Driving sales and KPIs, while ensuring the store consistently delivers a premium, memorable shopping experience.
Coaching and supporting your team on product knowledge and storytelling, bringing the brand's heritage to life.
Working with the wider business to recruit, train, and develop talent, unlocking potential and building future leaders.
What we're looking for in a Store Manager:
Proven success in driving sales and profitability within a retail environment.
A genuine passion for delivering a luxury-level customer experience, creating moments that set the brand apart.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse performance data to take effective action.
