Join a Growing Waste Management Business in Sheffield

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and growing waste management company based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering exceptional support to customers.

You will play a key role in supporting customers with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound customer calls and emails
Assisting customers with service enquiries, bookings, and account queries
Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
Liaising with internal departments including operations and transport teams
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service
Ensuring all administration and compliance processes are completed correctly
Supporting the wider team with general customer service dutiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous customer service or call centre experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience within waste management, logistics, transport, or service industries would be advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer:
