Project Manager – Construction Sector
Location: Surrey
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + package
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion within a supportive and ambitious company.
The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Monitor project programmes, budgets, and performance
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Resolve site issues efficiently and maintain strong working relationships Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Commercial awareness and budget management experience
Relevant construction qualifications preferred
