Aspire People are currently recruiting a confident and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking primary school.
The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons while supporting pupils as they continue to develop independence and confidence within Lower KS2.
The Role:
* Full classroom teaching responsibilities within Year 4
* Planning and delivering creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils with core subjects including Maths and English
* Preparing pupils for increasing academic expectations within KS2
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS
* Experience teaching within KS2
* Strong curriculum knowledge and behaviour management skills
* Organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils
