Job Title: Slinger Banksman / Traffic Marshall

Salary: £18.00 per hour

Job Description:

As a Slinger Banksman / Traffic Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe movement of vehicles and machinery on site. You will be responsible for guiding crane operations, managing traffic flow, and maintaining a safe working environment on a bust construction site in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and guide crane operations safely as a Slinger Banksman.
Control traffic and vehicle movements on-site as a Traffic Marshall.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of lifting equipment.
Communicate effectively with site personnel and management.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and lifting operations.
Requirements:

Valid Slinger Banksman and Traffic Marshall certification.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
