Site EHS Specialist

Days based role – Monday – Friday

Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing company? We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member. As a EHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site's environmental, health and safety agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.

How will you make an impact?

* Lead and coordinate site-wide EHS activities, ensuring compliance with legal, company, and food safety standards

* Promote a safe, inclusive, and quality-focused culture across teams and departments

* Support and continuously improve EHS systems, policies, training, and site improvement plans

* Drive data-led decision making, reporting, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

* Partner with internal teams, customers, and external authorities, including audits, investigations, and customer relationship support

What will you need to succeed?

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health & safety specialist or manager role within the FMCG industry.

* Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections.

* Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification within a relevant discipline.

* Demonstrated professional integrity and a passion for excellence.

* Proficiency in IT skills.
