Our client in the Defence & Security sector is expanding their Project Control team. They are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Project Controllers to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a collaborative environment while working on high-profile projects that have a real impact on national security and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate project assessments, identifying issues and risks for discussion with project teams.
Steer the validation of project schedules to ensure accuracy and coherence, in line with programme planning principles.
Lead the generation and management of integrated baseline schedules to facilitate successful project delivery.
Verify project costs to go and assess forecast accuracy, supporting the estimate at completion (EAC).
Drive schedule risk analysis activities, identifying and managing risks and opportunities across projects.
Support bid teams with project management fundamentals during new business pursuits.

What we're looking for from you:

Experience in project coordination and controls within complex project environments.
Proficiency with project management software such as SAP, Primavera, or Oracle Unifier.
Understanding of project structures including WBS, CBS, and OBS.
Experience in analysing project performance data related to schedule, resources, and costs.
Ability to perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and earned value management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data quality in reporting.
