Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join a busy and growing engineering and production team. This role would suit somebody with previous manufacturing or production experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop within a technical engineering environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn new skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery

Carry out manufacturing and finishing processes in line with company procedures

Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation

Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

Ensure products are completed to required quality and production standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment

Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications

Good attention to detail and quality awareness

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive and flexible approach to work

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Self-motivated and dependable

Keen to learn and develop new skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Mechanically minded with a hands-on approach
