Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant to work within a busy and supportive primary school setting.

The school is seeking someone who has a solid understanding of the UK curriculum and can confidently support pupils through targeted intervention work, classroom support, and academic development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children reach their full potential and becoming a valued part of a school team.

Main Duties:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience
* Delivering booster sessions and intervention work in core subjects
* Supporting children with varying learning abilities
* Working closely with teachers to support lesson delivery
* Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement, and independence
* Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
* Has strong curriculum knowledge across primary education
* Is confident leading interventions and small-group support sessions
* Is reliable, adaptable, and hardworking
* Has a genuine passion for supporting children within education
