Van Driver

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for a Van Drivers based in Warrington, WA1.

Duties:

* Loading and unloading your own Vans

* Delivering and interacting with customers

* Must be willing to pick your own orders when required

* Must be willing to assist in the Warehouse when needed

Shift Pattern:

* Monday – Friday (7.45am - 5:30pm)

Details:

* On going Work

* Temp to Perm

* £14.38 per hour (holiday included)

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a van to transport goods or passengers to their destinations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during pick-up and drop-off

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a van or similar vehicle
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of local roads and routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required

Please note that experience with tractor-trailers, courier services, forklifts, warehouse operations, pallet jacks, or route driving is a plus, but not required for this position.
