We’re looking for two experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers 🔧 to join a leading UK Facilities Management company on a prestigious hospital site in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a critical healthcare environment, supporting essential mechanical systems that ensure safe and efficient hospital operations.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance
✔️ Maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on mechanical plant and building services systems 🔧
✔️ Working on pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, valves, and HVAC systems
✔️ Responding to breakdowns quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption
✔️ Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations
✔️ Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately
✔️ Liaising with the engineering team and client representatives

👷 What we’re looking for:
• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or equivalent
• Proven experience within facilities management or commercial maintenance 🔧
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience in critical environments (desirable)
• Good communication skills and professional approach

⭐ Desirable:
• Hospital or healthcare maintenance experience
• AP/CP knowledge
• Multi-skilled experience
