An ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a technically astute Senior Quantity Surveyor, as they expand their London Quantity Surveying team of 10.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of projects including a large scale £80m post contract regeneration project for a local authority.

Outside of this, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be working on residential and healthcare projects, providing pre and post contract tasks with the support of the team.

MRICS
PQS / Consultancy background
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Capable of leading a project from inception to completion
Local authority project experience would be a plus
Strong pre and post contract knowledge

£65,000 - £75,000
