IT Service Desk Support - Temporary Opportunity
North Nottinghamshire
Full Time | Temporary Assignment
Up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
We are currently recruiting for 2 temporary IT Service Desk Support staff to join a busy and supportive organisation based in North Nottinghamshire.
This role will involve providing first-line IT support across the business, assisting users with technical issues, logging support tickets, and ensuring IT queries are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries
Logging and managing helpdesk tickets
Supporting users with password resets, Microsoft 365, login issues, printers, and basic troubleshooting
Assisting with laptop and hardware setup
Escalating more complex issues to the wider IT team
Providing excellent customer service and user support at all times
Supporting a fast-paced IT environment with a proactive approach
Ideal candidates will have:
Previous IT support or service desk experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using multiple systems and troubleshooting IT issues
A proactive and organised approach to work
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Due to the office location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.
Candidates must be immediately available or available at short notice.
