Production Operative

Select is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established site based in Methwold.

This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking for consistent work, flexible shift options, and the potential for long-term employment.

Shift Options:

Day shifts: 06:00 – 18:00
Night shifts: 18:00 – 06:00
Flexible weekly/ad-hoc shifts available
4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern

Pay Rates:

£13.17 per hour – Days
£15.15 per hour – Nights
Overtime available at enhanced rates

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting food production and packing operations
Working within a chilled manufacturing environment
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
Carrying out general production line duties as required
